TERMS & CONDITIONS — ARROWGAMI

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Arrowgami (the "App"), developed and published by OM Softwares ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing Arrowgami, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. THE APP
Arrowgami is a puzzle game in which you guide arrows off a board. It's free to play and supported by advertising.
2. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Arrowgami on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App, its code, artwork, levels, or puzzles, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its ad delivery, or any related systems
- use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App or generate artificial ad impressions or clicks
- misrepresent your identity or age when a permission prompt (such as notifications or tracking) is shown
4. ADVERTISING & IN-APP PURCHASES
Arrowgami displays ads served by Google AdMob (interstitial, rewarded, banner, and native formats) to keep the App free. Some features (such as an extra life) may be unlocked by voluntarily watching a rewarded ad; this is always optional. As of the date above, Arrowgami contains no in-app purchases. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated and, where required, you'll be notified in-app.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App — including its name, logo, artwork, source code — is the property of OM Softwares or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content to you.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) and Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of those third-party services.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (to the fullest extent permitted by law) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OM Softwares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data (including saved game progress), arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any of its features, at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time; a material change will show as a new "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App afterward means you accept the revision.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of india, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
