 PRIVACY POLICY — ARROWGAMI

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Arrowgami ("the App", "we", "us") is developed and published by OM Softwares ("Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and the choices available to you. By downloading, installing, or using Arrowgami, you agree to the practices described here.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

Arrowgami has no account system and no sign-in — we have no way to identify you personally.

Stored only on your device:

- Game progress (completed levels, star ratings, total stars)

- Settings (sound, haptics, visual-effects preferences)

- Daily-challenge history and streaks

- Scheduled local reminder notifications

This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.

Collected automatically, by third-party services:

The App uses the services below. Each is operated by Google, not by us, and governed by Google's own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- Firebase Analytics — app-usage events, device model, OS version, language, and a random app-instance ID. Helps us understand how the App is used.

- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and diagnostic logs when something breaks, used only to find and fix bugs.

- Firebase Cloud Messaging — a device push-notification token, generated only if you grant notification permission.

- Firebase Remote Config — fetches non-personal configuration, such as which ad placements are active.

- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK — see "Advertising" below.

- Google Play Install Referrer (Android only) — reads install-source information once, to tell an organic install apart from an ad-driven one. Read once and cached, never polled.

2. ADVERTISING

Arrowgami is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob (interstitial, rewarded, banner, and native formats).

- Ad content is restricted to Google's "G" (general audience) rating.

- In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) appears before any ad request, letting you choose whether ads are personalized.

- On iOS 14+, we ask for App Tracking Transparency permission before using your IDFA for personalized ads. Declining just means you'll see non-personalized ads instead — everything else still works.

- Watching a rewarded ad is always optional — it unlocks a bonus (like an extra life), never a requirement to keep playing.

3. HOW WE USE IT

We, and the services above on our behalf, use this information to:

- run the App and keep your local progress working

- understand feature usage and improve gameplay

- diagnose and fix crashes

- deliver, measure, and cap how often ads show

- send optional reminders about your streak or the daily challenge

- detect and prevent ad fraud or abuse

We do not sell your information, and nothing here lets us identify you personally.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Arrowgami is a general-audience app, not directed at children, with ad content restricted to Google's "G" rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live). If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

5. YOUR CHOICES

- Ad personalization — Android: Settings > Google > Ads > reset or opt out of your advertising ID. iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

- Notifications — turn them off anytime in the App's Settings screen or your device settings.

- Consent choice (EEA/UK/Switzerland) — reopen the consent form anytime from the App's Settings screen, where available.

- Delete your data — since nothing is tied to an identifiable account, uninstalling the App removes everything stored locally. For anything held by our service providers, email us and we'll help.

6. RETENTION & SECURITY

Data on your device stays there until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Data processed by Firebase and AdMob is retained under Google's own retention rules. We do not run our own servers that store your data — we rely on Google's security practices for the services we use.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our service providers (Google) may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data-transfer safeguards.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time; a material change will show as a new "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App afterward means you accept the revision.
